Alleviating Anxiety for TEENS!
Tuesday, June 4th 7:30 pm – 9 pm
Where: Deep Wellness Center, 1070 US-46, Suite 6,
Roxbury Township, NJ 07852
Your teen will leave this workshop with a greater understanding of where anxiety stems from AND with easy to employ strategies they can implement RIGHT AWAY to combat it.
What your teen will discover:
Your teen will learn how to make their subconscious mind work in their favor by undergoing hypnosis in a group setting.
*A Consent Form will need to be signed by all participants. Those under age 18 must have a parent or guardian sign as well.
They will leave with a 10-minute-long recording (have them bring their phone charged so they can record it directly onto it) which will serve to relax your child and help them develop the habit of positive self-talk. They will receive the most benefit from it if they listen to it for at least 21 days. Your child will also learn how to self-hypnotize, enabling them to fall asleep with ease at night and/or ‘program’ them for success in pursuit of their own, individual goals.
*Consent Form must be signed by a parent/guardian for those under age 18 to participate. If you’d like it emailed to you to fill out prior to the workshop, email email@example.com
- Will everyone be hypnotized?
Yes. Everyone will be guided into hypnosis at the same time. NO ONE will be put on the spot. If your child is uneasy about the process, they will simply be asked to just close their eyes and listen.
- Will you make my child cluck like a chicken?
No! This is a seminar for healing, not entertainment purposes. And I can’t (and wouldn’t) make anyone do anything they didn’t want to do.
- Will my child remember what happens?
Yes. They are in control and they will be able to recall what takes place. They can stop at any time, but out of respect for others in the room, I will ask that they keep their eyes closed until we are done.
- Will there be some regression?
No, not during this workshop.
- Can anyone benefit from this workshop?
Yes, however it is NOT recommended for those with epilepsy or those suffering from a form of psychosis. And please don’t force your child to come. The last thing we want to do is create more anxiety for them.
Let your child know what they can expect and ensure they are comfortable with it.
